Junior Lash/Brow Tech Programme
Take your business to new levels with our intensive 8 week program designed for qualified lash + brow artists ready to elevate their skills. This course is suitable for students qualified in Classic and Volume lash extensions, Lash Lift or Brow Lamination
What You’ll Learn
Across the 8weeks, you will benefit from weekly mentoring, 50+ hours of model work and x4 one-to-one masterclasses tailored to your unique needs. We encourage paid model work and will support you in finding models and creating content to build your portfolio of work for the duration of the course. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities to join The Lash Surgery team. This course is counts towards Continued Professional Development (CPD qualification) and you will receive a certificate upon completion.

Lauren
Meet Lauren, founder of The Lash Surgery and an experienced lash and brow artist. With 8 years of experience and a background in psychology (undergraduate and masters degrees), Lauren combines her clinical expertise with artistic skill to create therapeutic beauty experiences. Specialising in lash mapping, she takes pride in creating bespoke lash sets that enhance her clients' natural beauty.
Lauren has mastered popular lashes styles such as Anime, Wet Look, Wispy, and Fox Eye. The Lash Surgery reflects precision and care, from personalised consultations to tailored aftercare - its all about meticulous attention to detail.
