Meet Lauren, founder of The Lash Surgery and an experienced lash and brow artist. With almost a decade of experience and a background in psychology (undergraduate and masters degrees), Lauren combines her clinical expertise with artistic skill to create therapeutic beauty experiences. Specialising in lash mapping, she takes pride in creating bespoke lash sets that enhance her clients' natural beauty. Lauren has mastered popular lashes styles such as Anime, Wet Look, Wispy, and Fox Eye as well as the viral Korean Lash Lift.

With a background in art and design, she has a natural eye for detail and loves perfecting each set to enhance her clients’ natural beauty.

Loz has been a lash technician for over two years and completed specialist masterclasses with The Lash Surgery to further refine her skills and techniques. She loves creating beautiful volume lash extension sets and is passionate about mastering advanced styles such as wispy, fox eye, and anime lashes. Loz is also a qualified personal trainer, giving her a holistic approach to helping clients look and feel their very best.
