Our courses typically run between 10am-5pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for in-person classes. Start and end times for our 1-1 masterclasses and workshops are specific to the class, please see individual session information for more details.

Paying in full: Should you wish to pay in full, simply select the 'pay in full' option at check out.

Paying in installments: We understand that investing in your future can come with financial considerations. That’s why we’ve partnered with PayItMonthly to offer flexible, interest-free payment plans – helping you spread the cost of your training over time without added pressure.

How It Works: Spread the cost over up to 6 monthly payments with 0% APR – no interest, no hidden fees. The first payment is due at checkout, with remaining payments collected monthly on your chosen date

Please bring your enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time so you can settle in. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when completing your onboarding form.

We provide all the necessary tools and supplies as part of your complimentary student kit, ensuring you have everything you need to dive into the practical exercises and hands-on training. For some courses, you will be required to bring a model. Your model should have no makeup on and no lash extensions. If you are struggling to find a model, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance so we can assist you. 

There is paid parking outside the salon. Parking is free from 5:30pm and on weekends. There are many bus, train and tube options. The closest overground train station is TOOTING (2minute walk) and the nearest underground station is TOOTING BROADWAY (10minute walk). The closest bus stop is TOOTING STATION or AMEN CORNER. 

We can accommodate a variety of physical, mental and learning needs or modify assessments as necessary. Please inform us of any learning requirements you may have when completing your onboarding form or contact your trainer Lauren directly at info@thelashsurgery.com.

To receive your certificates, please complete your case studies and any other requirements within 6 months of your course date so they can be reviewed and given constructive feedback. Certificates will be sent via post upon successful completion of course requirements.

We have a 7-day cancellation policy. This means that you can cancel your course up to 7 days after purchasing. After this period, you may reschedule your course to a future cohort up to 72 hours before your original course date. Please contact info@thelashsurgery.com so we can facilitate your request. Please note flexible payments cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled. All deposits are non-refundable.
